I only accept payments in USD and through a PayPal invoice. Any payment method compatible with PayPal is accepted.

You are responsible for handling the conversion to USD if it is not your primary currency. PayPal will automatically convert currencies; however, please make sure you are sending the right amount.

Full payment is expected within 48 hours and is required in full before any progress is made unless otherwise stated.

Payment plans are available if the order total is greater than $75. Payment plans will be discussed with the client, with a general down payment of 30% of the order total.

If you don't keep up to date with payments or fail to follow up, I hold the right to cancel the commission.

I will charge a 15% fee of the total price for designs that I deem complex. This fee may apply to characters with an excessive amount of markings, gradients, feathers, wings, or very intricate antlers/horns/features.

Additional characters will cost at minimum 50% of the original price. For smaller artworks (icons, chibis, stickers), each additional character will cost 100% of the original price.

The purchase you make with me is for digital artwork only, NOT as prints or in any physical form. It does not include a sale of the full rights to create marketing products or commercial material.

I don't offer refunds at the request of the buyer as all sales are final. If, for whatever reason, I'm unable to complete the commission for my own reasons, I will offer a refund.

If I am refunding you (the commissioner) due to harassment or improper conduct, I will only refund for the work not completed and not refund the work in full.

Filing for a chargeback will get you permanently blacklisted from future transactions.

Any chargebacks or attempts to force a refund will result in the rights to the artwork or design being revoked and returned to me. I will repurpose any artwork and custom designs to make back any lost funds.

I mostly communicate and send updates through Discord. If this platform is not available to you, I will contact you on the site where your order was placed.

You are paying for stylized artwork. In my art style, the commission will be my interpretation of your character. My style may evolve as I grow as an artist.

Once I receive the full payment (excluding payment plans), I will begin on the sketch. You may request changes and tweaks to be made at this time, or you may request an entirely new sketch if the first one is not to your liking; I will make a max of 3.

After the sketch is approved, I will continue working on your order. Small tweaks may be requested throughout the whole process, but major changes will be denied or cost an extra fee after the sketch is approved, unless it is to correct a mistake or oversight on my behalf.

For payment plans, I will not go past the coloring stage until the payment has been fully completed.

Ensure you save all files yourself of the completed commission. I will not always keep every file, and I may not be able to provide you with them should you lose them.

You may request to keep your commission private until a specified date or indefinitely, and they will not be uploaded to my socials, but they still may be used as examples for my commission sheets.

Commissions will take as long as they will take. I try to keep the wait times short, but I am a full-time college student and have a busy life, so wait times fluctuate. If, for whatever reason, my commissions are delayed, you will be notified.

I will not take deadlines for commissions unless otherwise stated. Rush fees may be discussed if at least a month's advance is allowed. You may not impose deadlines after I have accepted your commission.

You may ask for updates and WIPs at any point during the commission process. Please let me know immediately if you notice something incorrect with the WIP I sent. I keep my Trello up to date, and it always displays exactly where I am on your commission.

I will ask for approval at each stage for larger commissions (headshots, fullbodies, illustrations, etc.).

In between commissions, I may work on personal art or other people's art, I have no set order that I follow as I work on whatever keeps my motivation going without burning myself out.

I only accept clear, visual character references (no shaded references). I will not work from text descriptions, unless they are a small add-on to a visual reference. The only exception to this is if I am being commissioned to make a reference sheet/custom; only then will I accept traditional references, screenshots, or descriptions.

Should an improper reference be provided, or you change your character's appearance during the commission process and do not inform me, I am not responsible for getting their design wrong. If your character lacks details in their reference (example: paw/mouth color), I will choose a color myself unless otherwise specified.

As stated before, I reserve the right to interpret your character in my style. This includes things like tweaking colors or markings to better suit the style of my art. These tweaks will not be noticeable in the final piece.

I may simplify complex markings for small commission types such as icons, chibis and stickers. I will not simplify designs for larger commission types.

Make it clear what you want when commissioning me. Image references are incredibly useful when it comes to backgrounds and poses, and I will happily reference images provided. Please avoid sharing artwork and use pictures only when doing so.

For customs, I can work from moodboards, descriptions, single images, or songs. I can also do artistic freedom customs or customs based on usernames. I will not make a design based on other people's characters or characters you do not have the rights to use. If you have the right to use a design, I can redesign it or make child designs.

I, the artist, retain full rights to the original artwork. I will not sell prints or merchandise of your commissioned pieces/characters, however, they may be used as examples to advertise my commissions further.

My watermark must never be removed. If you are displaying a cropped version wherein the watermark isn't visible, credit is displayed elsewhere.

You do not have permission to alter the image in any way or have someone alter the image for you. This includes coloring sketches or lines.

You only have the rights to the finished artwork. Any unused or rejected sketches I will likely reuse or repurpose as YCHs or personal artwork. You do not have permission to use any unfinished sketches.

You may repost the completed artwork or use the piece to advertise yourself/your character, but please always credit appropriately on the site you’ve uploaded to or provide a link back to my page!

Unless otherwise agreed, all commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purposes only, and redistribution of my artwork for uses other than personal is strictly prohibited. The artwork must never be used for your own profit.

None of my work, commissions or otherwise, may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Absolutely none of my work, commissions or otherwise, may be used in any AI learning or technology.

The design may be traded or resold, however, the owner deems fit.

The resale price of the design must reflect the original purchase price, unless there is visibly added artwork to the gallery of the design.

I don't offer refunds after designs and attached files have been transferred.

The design does not belong to you until fully paid off. Until that point, they remain in my possession. I retain the right to cancel incomplete transactions at any time.

If you file for a chargeback after receiving the files and design, you automatically lose any and all ownership rights, and they fall into my possession once again. This is the only instance I will 'reclaim' characters/designs.

Once fully paid, the design belongs to you and you may use it as you wish. All I ask is that you credit me as the designer where necessary.

I do not keep track of design ownership beyond the initial purchase. It is your responsibility to do research when buying my designs that are being sold by someone else.

The design may be altered or modified in any way to any extent (this includes changing the species or adding on a closed species as long as the rights to the original design belong to me), but the original artwork made by me may not be edited in any way.

The design artwork may be reuploaded (Toyhouse or any other image saving site), as long as I am credited as the designer and artist.

If you intend to purchase a design for commercial use, you need to discuss it with me before purchasing.

When purchasing characters I'm selling, you are buying the design and any additional art of the design, not the character itself. This means you are not allowed to reuse the character's biography information.

You are only purchasing the artwork, not the character concept. I still own full rights to all biography information relating to the character’s concept.

Purchasing a character design doesn’t give you the right to trace or repurpose any of the artwork. I do not condone tracing or editing my work in any way, shape or form.
